Karina Ojeda serves as a Vice President of Business Community Lending Relationship Office with Valley’s Community Lending team.  She is responsible for building relationships by offering financing products and services. She also helps implement innovative loan programs tailored to meet the needs of disadvantaged business owners.

Karina comes to Valley with a solid background in alternative lending.  She has worked for different Community Development Financial Institutions and SBA lenders in New Jersey focused on low/mid income entrepreneurs.

Karina left her home in Ecuador when she was 20 to pursue her dreams, supporting herself while earning a Finance degree from Rutgers University. She is eager to work with start-ups and established operations and welcomes the opportunity to partner with like-minded community organizations.
